Yaaaaaaaaawn… Here we go with yet another SingStar. But waitaminnit! this time it’s gone pop crazy, bringing a such a wide selection of tracks to play that it’s guaranteed to get you singing, your feet moving and the dogs howling! A new Voice Control feature makes it easier than ever to line up your favourites, and really works; all you have to do is speak the name of the song you want to sing, and the PS3 selects it just like that. I even tried saying the selecting things in funny accents and it still worked, the voice recognition software has come a long way since the days when I used to yell at my SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs squad to no avail. And that’s about that. It’s Singstar, with a new gimmick that actually works. There’s a truly eclectic collection of chart-toppers from all genres and eras, such as Rehab by Amy Winehouse, the wonderful Angels by Robbie Williams (whatever happened to him?), Rockwell's brilliant Somebody's Watching Me (featuring Michael Jackson - whatever happened to him?) or the song that everyone knows at least one verse of; Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. Oh yeah, and it’s even got Lady In Red by Chris de Bastard for all you soppy twats out there. - People who really like Chris de Burgh, and say things like "you can say what you want about Chris de Burgh, but Lady In Red is a classic..." - Keeel them, keeel them all!
